The company is promoted by a Chartered Accountant and is being successfully run by two young entrepreneurs who have over 25 years’experience in finance, investment, retail and in real estate business. In real estate, company is presently focused on redevelopment of old residential buildings in Mumbai Suburban area. Michigan has association with experienced business partners and consultants that include eminent Architects, Design Consultants, Contractors and Solicitors who have established track record of executing a large number of projects in Mumbai.
Michigan has successfully completed three residential projects for redevelopment of prime properties at Vile Parle (East) & Goregaon (East), prime residential localities in Mumbai. With completion of the said projects, Michigan has established itself as one of the upcoming developer of prime residential apartments in western suburbs of Mumbai.
Currently one more project located at Surathkal (Mangalore) is in the final stage of completion with over 95% work completed and slated to be ready by July - 2019.
Michigan currently has a pipeline of 4 redevelopment projects worth Rs. 140 Crores approx, won through Society Tendering process. Of that, it is expected that execution of 2 projects projects worth sales value of nearly Rs. 45 Crores will be started during CY 2019-20.
